In administration: you look after the business, who looks after you?

Administration jobs are essential for the day-to-day running of an enterprise. Everything from personal assistants, office managers and receptionists to office support, call centre staff, front desk and despatch jobs; office administration is a vital part of any business, every company. Without the administration of a company, where would we be?

Are you being valued?

In fact good administration staff often get lost in the ‘business of a company running’. If they are good at their job, everything runs smoothly – and as you know, it is only the squeaky wheel that gets the attention!

Are you lost in the crowd?

Administration jobs are prevalent – for every manager there are 10’s if not 100’s of staff that keep the wheel turning. Those people in these vital administration roles know just how much work is involved in keeping it all together. A successful sale is not just about the sales person, but it is about the receptionist, the sales support member, the order entry person, the warehouse staff, the accounts receivable person. Is it any wonder that for every one sales role or every one management position, there are dozens of administration vacancies listed – how do you sift out the vacancies that are perfect for you?

How can you find the perfect job in amongst the thousands out there?

SMStheJOB is the ideal solution for people that like to work at this endeavour. It is an entirely sensible and time saving notion to have job ad alerts come to you; saving you the time of having to sort thru the millions of jobs on the internet to find that right one. In the true sprit of devising, managing and working within highly efficiency systems if an SMS job alert from SMStheJOB takes your fancy you need only send back a reply SMS quoting the Job Number sent with each alert! The SMStheJOB system will then send your resume as part of a formal application off to the Advertiser's email address. All the while you have been enjoying some other activity.

  1. I disagree with the other answers. If your degree is pertinant to the position, it is perfectly acceptable to put the letters after your name on a business card. For example, a bank’s commercial loan officer might print BBA. This adds credibility.administration jobs
