How recruiters can find the BEST applicants

HR specific software has come a long way!! These days there are many fantastic products on the market that help us to categorise, track and manage our candidates. Certainly this makes it MUCH easier for us when it comes time to fill a placement, as we have already qualified and categorised those who would be the best match/fit for our vacancy - and quick response times with well matched applicants is one of the foundations to bringing us more business!

Now, whilst we all have our favourite Applicant Tracking Systems to help us automate, optimise and streamline managing our candidates and allow us to cleverly match through skills matrices, the actual problem really lies in FINDING the good talent!!
